1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Saleya, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Saleya is a SaaS platform that enables sellers to operate a store on Telegram, including catalog, payments, delivery, customer chat and operator panel. Features and limits depend on the plan.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Pricing and trial
The 30-day trial is free and does not require a credit card. After the trial, continued use requires choosing a plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to sell illegal goods or services, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam, or violate Telegram's terms. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice in case of severe abuse.
6. Third-party integrations
Payment processing, Telegram bot delivery, and other integrations operate under their respective providers' terms. We are not liable for outages or policy changes of third parties.
7. Data ownership
You retain all rights to your store content and customer data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export your data at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and shown in the account panel at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
