1. Who we are
Saleya is a SaaS platform that enables sellers to operate a store on Telegram. This page describes how we handle personal information of account holders and end customers of stores built on the platform.
2. What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash or Google identifier), store configuration (Telegram tokens, payment credentials — encrypted at rest), billing data, usage metrics. For end customers of stores: identifiers required for order processing (Telegram ID, optional phone and delivery address).
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for targeted advertising on third-party platforms unless you explicitly opt in.
4. Sharing
Payment processors (Mercado Pago, blockchain networks for crypto), Telegram (for bot delivery), email providers, hosting providers — strictly to operate the service. Each processor is bound by their own privacy terms.
5. Retention
Account data — for as long as the account is active. After cancellation: 90 days, then anonymized or deleted. Financial records — as required by applicable tax law (typically up to 10 years in Argentina).
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability — by writing to the email below. Where local law applies (GDPR, Argentina Ley 25.326), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and tracking
The marketing site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible, no cookies). The customer-facing Mini Apps and account panel use only essential cookies (authentication, session).
